About me
I'm a fullstack engineer from Jakarta with 5+ years of building software that companies run on every day — property management with automated billing, a loyalty CRM serving more than ten thousand members, finance and HR systems, and e-commerce for the printing and interior industries.
Most of my work starts before the code: sitting with the people who will use the system, mapping how money, stock, and approvals actually move, and turning that into modules a team can maintain. I care about boring correctness — balanced journals, idempotent payments, audit trails — and about interfaces that make busy staff faster rather than slower.
Today I work independently as DM Development, leading delivery end to end across web and mobile (React Native, iOS and Android). I use AI-assisted development daily, inside a workflow of written specs, type checks, tests, and human review.

Led the redesign and rebuild of TAN Rewards v2, the group's CRM and loyalty platform for web and mobile, running in production across its outlets.
- Owned architecture and end-to-end development of TAN Rewards v2, deployed across 12 active outlets serving 10,000+ active members.
- Reworked MongoDB schemas, indexes, and the frontend architecture — loading time dropped by 60% and user error complaints by 80% versus the legacy version.
- Engineered real-time reward processing, transaction tracking, and CRM workflow automation for the daily activity of 10,000+ users.

Built Be Management System, an enterprise property and finance platform running daily operations for 10+ apartment buildings and 2,000+ units — first on the frontend, then across the full stack.
- Started on the frontend: sliced UI/UX for feature modules, built form validation, and integrated backend APIs in Angular.
- Moved to full stack with Express.js and MongoDB: master data, contract & rental, operational package management, facility reservation, and visitor management.
- Built the finance & accounting modules with automated reports (General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss) — the monthly recap went from one week to 1–2 hours.
- Designed utility billing for water and electricity meters with Xendit payment integration, automating 2,000+ invoices every month; supported staging and production deployments on AWS.

Method: AI with engineering discipline
AI speeds up the typing. The thinking, the checks, and the responsibility stay with me.
- 01
Spec before code
Every task starts as a written spec — scope, what's out of scope, acceptance criteria. The agent builds against it, and I review against it.
- 02
Verified, not trusted
Type check, lint, production build, and an end-to-end run in an isolated environment before anything is called done. Output gets read line by line.
- 03
Memory & handover
Project memory, a progress log, and handover notes are updated after every task, so work survives context limits, new sessions, and new teammates.
- 04
Safe by default
No credentials in prompts or commits. Commits, deploys, and anything irreversible wait for a human decision. Tasks are reported to Notion through MCP.
